What Does My Biopsy Report Indicate?

Question: Hello,
my fsh,lh,tsh, testosterone, testicular sonography are normal but sperm count nil doctor says testicular biopsy but biopsy result small tissue sample there is no openion so what can i do , i attche my all report.
what is the reason of failed testicular biopsy and which type of Azoospermia obstrutive or non obstrutive for me and how must cost of this tretment.
any other treatment avaliable in this case?

Obstructive azoospermia likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Technical failure is most likely in this case. You can repeat the test with another urologist.

Since you have normal hormones and other tests, it is likely to be obstructive azoospermia.

TESA might cost between10 to 15 thousand.

Only other alternative option would be to use donor sperms for treatment if no sperms are found in you.

testicular sonography shows testical size is normal, but when i ask doctor about testicular biopsy fails doctor says your testicular size is small it is no chance to find the sperm use doner so pls guide me which treatment.
obstructive azoospermia is small duct in vas der can i take MRI in testicular its show any type of duct?

Difficult to identify obstruction

Hi,

Such obstruction cannot be identified by MRI or any other test.

Please get examined by another urologist to assess testicular size and another TESA if need be.
