Brief Answer:
Its almost normal report.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You have gone through serum protein electrophoresis.
Your albumin, Alpha-1 globulin, Alpha-2 globulin & B globulin all are normal. Your gamma globulin is slightly increased but its polyclonal so it rule out any chances of monoclonal gammopathies like multiple myeloma and others.

Most of the time this report is done to rule out multiple myeloma and other monoclonal gammopathies and you don't have any monoclonal rise in globulin so don't worry much about that.

Slight increase in gamma globulin can be seen as normal variation, bacterial or viral infection, liver disease or autoimmune disorder. So if you have any symptoms then please tell me about your symptoms. Otherwise no need to worry. Just be relaxed.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
