Brief Answer:
As area is small ,this may be reason for normal renal function test.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to HealthcareMagic,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Increased echotextue of kidney generally indicates renal parenchymal disease.
General increased echotexture of kidneys may be due to many causes like chronic hypertension, diabetes mellitus, metabolic disorder etc.

Since in your case increased echotexture is focal(means small area)it may be sequel of past infection.
As area is small ,this may be reason for normal renal function test.

Small cyst and tiny calculus is generally not a serious issue.
Drink lot of water.

With these findings, you may only need follow up ultrasound and renal function test.

Get well soon.

Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.
