Brief Answer:
MRI shows features of reduced blood flow to brain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms, MRI brain reports and medications.

As per the MRI, there is reduced blood flow to some parts of brain, which are small in size.

In addition to your current medications, you should also take aspirin, a blood thinner.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Brief Answer:
Aspirin is required for long-term

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

Pacitane and Nexito may be required for a few months.

Aspirin may be required for long term, 3-5 years.

It may not lead to Parkinson's disease, if treated well.

Best wishes,
