I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

Involutional T2 and FLAIR hyperintensities in white matter means that they are probably age related. Elderly people may show small hyperintensities in brain,which are not of much significance.Probably,the reporting radiologist thinks the same about these MRI changes.

These don't indicate any disease.
