Brief Answer:
This could be displaced disc.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,

Thank you for posting your query on HCM.

Well looking into your query I will like to tell you that , sometimes when there is spondylolisthesis the disc gets displaced over one another which you can actually feel like a lump or a discontinuation in smoothness when you feel the spine .In my opinion this could be a possibility .

Take care.

Thanks, what would be any or all of the remedies for the diagnosis given?
I am finding the pain most difficult to live with, which remedies have your patients
found successful? Suggestions and facts please.

Brief Answer:
Depends on your treating doctors choice.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,

Thank you for reverting back.

Well let us have the diagnosis first and then I can suggest you further . But primarily we try to handle the pain with NSAIDS first then opioids . If they fail Epidural pain block can be given which are quite effective . if there is some nerve compression then surgical options are sorted but its best to avoid them .

I HOPE TO HAVE MRI RESULTS TOMORROW, with a DIAGNOSIS. I AM SO PLEASED WITH YOUR WORKING WITH ME SO I DO NOT WANT TO "CLOSE OUT" the discussion, WANTING YOUR SUGGESTION FOR TREATMENT(S) WHEN I HAVE A DIAGNOSIS.
HOW CAN I KEEP THE " automatic close of the discussion" FROM TAKING PLACE? I wish to have the ability to work all the way through with you, to mean, to obtain your suggested treatment plan; giving you A COMPLETE AND CONCISE " DOCTOR REVIEW" WITH A FULL, AND GENEROUS TIP YOU DESERVE; how can we keep this DISCUSSION OPEN, STOP THE DISCUSSION FROM CLOSING AUTOMATICALLY ? I DON'T WANT TO LOSE MY CONTACT WITH YOU, AND YOU WITH ME.
THANK YOU,
ROZ XXXXXXX ( IF YOU CAN/ARE PERMITTED, PLEASE ADDRESS ME BY MY FURST NAME OF ROZ, AND DROP " MADAM".
