Brief Answer:
The radiological / MRI features favor a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi Madam,

Thanks for writing to us and sharing your clinical queries on HCM!

As per your description, the diagnosis points towards Multiple sclerosis (MS), an inflammatory / autoimmune disease in which the insulating covers of nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord are damaged.

Multiple sclerosis is typically diagnosed based on the presenting signs and symptoms, in combination with supporting medical imaging and laboratory testing.

The McDonald criteria, which focus on clinical, laboratory, and radiological evidence of lesions at different times and in different areas, is the most commonly used method of diagnosis....

Therefore, if necessary or in doubt please share your other reports also for a better opinion.

Thanks and regards.
