Question: I have a history of daily chronic headaches and have recently experience extreme heaviness and pain in my arms. Please help me understand my MRI findings.

C2-3 Mild spondylosis with a small central protrusion.
C3-4 Mild to moderate spondylosis with a ventral disc osteophyte complex. Mild flattening and deformity of the cord. Minimal foraminal stenosis
C4-5 Mild to moderate spondylosis with a broad based central disc osteophyte complex. Mild contact and flattening along the ventral cord. Mild left forminal stenosis.
C5-6 Moderate symmetric spondylosis with a broad based central disc- osteophyte complex formation. Moderate central stenosis with flattening and deformity of the cord. Mild bi-lateral foramina stenosis
C6-7 Mild/Moderate right asymmetric spondylosis with mild contact and flattening along the ventral cord. Mild left foraminal stenosis.

Should I seek advice from my neurologist?

I have gone through your reports of MRI, it indicates deformity at multiple levels.

You are definitely suffering from spondylosis.

And with complaints of pain in arms it becomes mandatory for you to see a neurologist.

Till then keep on taking your medication and physiotherapy, though they are of not much help in long run.
