Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

From what you are reporting it seems like a report from ecg machine which need to be confirmed by a physician. Can you please upload the ecg image for me?

Before giving you my opinion I would like to check your ecg image by my self.

I'm waiting for the requested data to be uploaded!
Wish you health!

Brief Answer:
Following advice

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

After reviewing your ecg image I would like to say that it's typical for left ventricle overload from hypertension.

However you should do a complete cardiac evaluation with:
- Cardiac echo
- Stress test
These exams are important in proper evaluation of your health.

Wish you health!
