I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Welcome on HCM!

I carefully reviewed your uploaded reports and regarding your screening results, I would explain as follows:

- Regarding your blood pressure value of 163/94 mmHg, before concluding about hypertension, it is necessary to closely monitor your BP values for a couple of days (up to a week) to exactly conclude of an abnormally increased average blood pressure value. In this case life-style changes, lowering body weight and possible antihypertensive therapy could be considered.

- Regarding your blood lipid profile, it is necessary you should increase your daily physical activity (around an hour per day), follow a healthy diet poor in saturated fatty foods (I would encourage Mediterranean diet).

- Regarding your ECG, which is your main concern, I would explain (based on your ECG recording [which in fact is only partial, due to technical errors in recording] at the end of your 20 page-screening panel) that it is within normal ranges (no rhythm disturbances, no conductance disorders, no abnormal repolarization findings).

So, you shouldn't worry about!

All the above medical results do not impede you from your job offer.

From the medical point of view, you are quite in good cardiovascular conditions. Just try a little more to consider a body weight lowering, modify your diet to a healthy one, become more physically active during your daily commitments, and continue to avoid close smoking contacts; and you will life a healthy and long life.

I would be glad to directly review your full ECG recordings.

Please upload your available ECG(s) here for a professional review.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri

Thank you so much for your prompt response Dr. 1. Sharka.

I greatly appreciate your assistance. I was wondering if it would be possible for your assistant to send (e-mail) me your evaluation letter on the official letterhead as a pdf. attachment. I would like to submit it as a release/clearance letter to my processing officer, as noted in Occu-Med letter. Therefore the letter from you could also serve as a request to release a full ECG report to to for further evaluation (if needed), because I do not have a full ECG reporting under my possession.
I understand if their is an additional fee-for services rendered.

Dear xxxxxx,

You should know that all the medical advices and opinions given through this site have only informative purposes and could not be used for any medico-legal purposes (which seems to be your case, as all the already performed medical tests are a prerequisite for definitely allowing you’re the job offer).

This is explained also by the disclaimer:

Please consult your nearest physician before acting on it. The advice is not valid for medico-legal purposes also.

I am not sure if my virtual (electronically) medical opinion could serve as a release describing your cardiac stability and ability to deploy to and work in Latvia, as a physical cardiac examination is not performed by me.

Also, I am not sure if OCCU – MED would accept my opinions as official conclusion by the evaluating physician, because in fact a direct physical exam could not be performed.

Nevertheless, please let me know if my request through my evaluation letter on the official letterhead would serve to release a full ECG recording from the evaluating clinic.

My email: YYYY@YYYY

Hoping I could be of some help to you,

Wishing a pleasant weekend!

Regards,

Dr. Iliri

As I explained you above, the medical opinion through this site is only for informative purposes and is impossible for me to send an evaluation letter on the official letterhead here.

Probably I could make a request for the full ECG recordings to your clinic.

But, you should provide me with their contact address.

Meanwhile, I would repeat you again that your actual medical conditions (including your ECG) confirm actually a healthy status of your medical conditions, and is not a drawback regarding your new employment.
