The scanning was done as a annual check up provided by our organization. I did not have any kind of apparent problem or symptoms before check up. However, after seeing the report I started feeling a little tense and probably that's why started feeling a little heavy chest. As I see in the report there are some lines which is quite alarming. Could you please have a look and let me know?

Brief Answer:
please see details

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir
The ECG shows negative P wave in lead V1 which indeed confirms to criteria of left atrial enlargement. There is no other significant abnormality. However the specificity of this finding is not 100%. Moreover no other criterion is their which favors left atrial abnormality. Neither the duration nor the axis of P wave is abnormal.
Since you do not have any trouble, I would recommend you to get a clinical examination by a good physician and a chest xray. If both are normal, there is no need to investigate further.
Hope this helps.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
