Brief Answer:
further tests

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.
First, it should be described what kind of ST abnormality is seen,is it elevation, depression or prolongation of ST interval. In every case, if there is no symptomatology such as chest pain, fatigue or palpitations then there is no need to be worried. You need to do some further tests, these include ergometry, 24hours blood pressure and ecg measure (so called holter ecg), and heart ultrasound.
If there is no pathologic findings then there is no need for treatment. Wish you good health. Regards

Thank you, Dr Romic. I have enclosed the ECG report - it appears to be elevation for V2 & V3.
I do not experience chest pain or palpitation.
I also underwent Troponin T test which was negative.

Brief Answer:
this is normal ecg

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
This looks to me like normal ECG, there is no need to be worried. This written finding is made automatically by computer and in most cases this is wrong and just confuses patients.
