Can be various autoimmune conditions. Like different kinds of vasculitis, various types of thyroiditis, Lupus, Addison's disease etc. However, just the finding of low lymphocytes does not necessarily mean that you might be having any of this conditions but one of the minor finding in these conditions is low lymphocyte count.

Even, exposure to radiation or chemotherapy and medications containing steroids can also cause low lymphocytes.
