Brief Answer:
knee joint instability

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for contacting health care magic

It would be appreciated if you could please elaborate your concern in a detailed manner so that i would be able to answer you and allay your doubts.

From what i can understand is you are concerned about the stretch of the pronator muscle of the forearm when you are turning your wrist medially.

Also you are experiencing knee instability while you are walking. The knee is guarded on both side by the menisci and has a mechanism of locking and unlocking while walking to stabilize the movement. If You are feeling side give away at knee joint while walking then chances are there has been a ligament stretch or injury.

I would suggest you to consult an orthopaedician for the same.

regards,
thanks ,
