Question: My test reading is 0.924 ,non reactive what it mens ,is i m at risk of infection or not to worry

Hiv blood test by elisa method ,no symptoms just routine chekup done and get confused after reading test report i.e.non reactive but reading is 0.924 which shows borderline range ,what is meaning of borderline
