Brief Answer:
Possibly not a cause for concern.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Let me assure you that for children upto 3 months of age it is normal to get rashes on the skin. It is called erythema toxicum. Unlike the name, it is absolutely harmless and needs no intervention and is not a cause for concern. Sometimes some white dots called milia can also be present along. They too are not a cause for concern and are caused due to deposition of dead cells under the skin. No intervention needed. You can however use some moisturizer like aloe vera lotion.

Regarding the extra heart beat that you mention, I doubt if it is concerning. However, it would really be helpful if you could upload the medical notes wherein it has been mentioned. I would try to guide you accordingly.

I would await your response. Feel free to write back.

Brief Answer:
Get an echocardiography done.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I do not think that you need to get concerned. However, if apprehensive, it would be a good idea to get an echocardiography done.
