O am 3 months pregnant my vdrl test is reactive on 23.4.2018 and then FTA ABS value is 1.80 on 05.05.2018 now vdrl is weekly reactive on 0000.kindly explain what is going??

Hi,
VDRL positive can mean syphilis. Its a sexually transmitted disease. Syphilis must be treated during pregnancy as it can cause a syndrome in baby. Therefore its treated with Penicillin G.
However vdrl can be positive in some other conditions too.
Do you have any symptoms or you had any symptoms in past? Sexual history of both partners is also relevant.
1:80 of FTA-ABS is suspicious. Can you upload the report of FTA ABS, as different laboratories can have different interpretation of results.
Keeping in view that VDRL is a non-specific test and false positive reports are common, I will suggest that you go for further more specific tests with a reputed laboratory to rule out the diagnosis. Further test can be to do EIA.
Meanwhile use condom during sexual intercourse.

Yes you can go for a repeat FTA ABS and an EIA at a different laboratory. I personally find SRL to be a good lab. Otherwise you can go to any lab nearby.
