Brief Answer:
How often is this reported?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I will like to know how often this has been observed. If it is a one time observation, there is really nothing to bother about. Bubbles are common when you breath forcefully and push spit/saliva out of the mouth during sleep. This often signals that there is fluid accumulation and not uncommon once in a while. Unless it is repetitive and associate with noisy breathing/breathing difficulties, monitoring only would be my immediate approach to this.

I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
