Brief Answer:
needs more information

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I went through the query and understood your concern.

High white blood count (WBC) with ESR level 28 suggests infection. The fatigue may be due to the current infection and since you have joint pain without any other associated symptoms the pathology may be in the joints.

So If you can give me more information on exact values of WBC, differential count and other any abnormal blood values and more information of joint pain and its present condition I can help you better in diagnosis.

For now anti inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen or aceclofenac with plenty of water and nutritious food will help in relieving your symptoms.

I hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask for any further queries. I will be glad to answer them.

Wish you good health.
Regards
