Brief Answer:
Lifestyle changes required; BP is normal sir

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Based on the provided information sir, I do not think there is anything wrong with your blood pressure and in fact your blood pressure readings are perfectly normal. So I do not think there are any medications required to correct this, as there is nothing wrong sir.

Your ejection fraction (66 %) is indeed decreased, but it is still within the normal range. Only a level below 55 % is considered worrisome, so I do not really think there is any issue but I would still recommend getting an EKG (ECG) and checking your cardiac enzyme levels. A reduced ejection fraction does raise risk for future cardiac events, and this added with a raised blood pressure and cholesterol level can all prove to be really damaging.

For now as the only observed abnormalities are a mildly elevated cholesterol level (that puts you at a mild risk to coronary artery disease) and a reduced ejection fraction, it might be safe to go about the following:

-Check cholesterol levels regularly and introduce medications, TLC diet and exercise to keep them at bay
-Follow a good exercise regimen on a regular basis
-Strict diet
-Avoid stress
-Monitoring of coagulation profile
-Regular 2D echo's

Other than this I do not think there is anything required. Consider the current reports to be a warning for future undesired cardiac consequences and do make changes to your lifestyle now sir. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.
