Brief Answer:
The report has to be correlated with complaints.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Doedenitis means inflammation of the Duodenum. The innermost layer of the duodenum will be seen as red.

Clinical correlation means the CT scan report and the site of the pain/ discomfort should match after examination by a Doctor.

For duodenitis, I generally prescribe a PPI Inhibitor like Rabeprazole 20mg once daily to my patients. I'd also add Syrup containing Sucralfate.

Please consult a Gastroenterologist and proceed further.
Nothing to worry.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.

Wish you good health.
Regards

Thankyou it also said and maybe I need to see my urologist for this

The CT also said

Dilatation of the right ureter in the absence of dilatation of the right renal pelvis or demonstrable obstructing lesion. This possibly represents a transient phenomenon related to peristalsis but clinical correlation is recommended

Brief Answer:
Dilatation of Ureter may be transient

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Dilatation of Ureter without dilatation of Kidney will be transient and as described it could be due to peristalsis. If there is obstruction distal to the Ureter, the proximal portion will be dilated. As CT scan has ruled out Obstruction, nothing to worry.
You can take a Urologist opinion.

Hope I answered your question.
