Brief Answer:
Better to be investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
The discharge from the nipples, galactorrhea, is unlikely to be caused by the Anavar steroids you took years ago.
You should check your blood prolactin level, especially if you are facing any sexual inadequacy also. A liver function test also may be done to exclude cirrhosis if there is any gynecomastia.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Duration varies but not over a year

Detailed Answer:
Anavar steroid is supposed to have less side effects than others and the effects are unlikely to last more than an year.
If your prolactin level is normal , it is not a cause of concern. If prolactin is high, then a MRI of the Brain may be done to detect any prolactin producing tumour
