Question: what is the tx for degeneration of the cervical spine with spurs and numbness, tingling, and bitateral upper extremity throbbing and aching pain from the neck to the fingers ?

hi, i could not read your initial response . i have tried exercises, massages, and paxil without relief . what does decompression of the cervical spinal column consist of?
Last year i had a decompression , laminectomy, and spinal fusion of the lumbar spine . What if any; correlation could there be ?
