Hello XXXXXX
Thanks for writing to HCM

I have gone through your father's report in detail.
Coarse hepatic parenchymal echotexture may be due to many reasons like fatty infiltration, cirrhosis etc.
Mildly dilated biliary system is non significant finding.
Your father need clinical correlation and proper investigations.

He is also suffering from bilateral renal parenchymal disease. It may be due to many reasons like chronic hypertension, chronic diabetes mellitus, glomerulonephritis etc.

He need investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar,Liver function test,Renal function test(include urea, creatinine, creatinine clearance,GFR,serum sodium, potassium, chloride, phosphate, bicarbonate),lipid profile, urine RE/ME.Further investigations can be done if needed.

Proper treatment depend upon clinical findings and investigation reports.
You should consult nephrologist.
