there are several possible causes of this symptoms and ost of them are not worrying. if there wasnt injury in genital area then other most common causes are urinary infections, prostatitis ,urinary stones or STD. to evaluate this you should do urine analysis and prostate ultrasound and semen analysis. but i don think this is necessary at this point, usually symptoms disappear on its own in several days or a week. but if it persist then you should do those tests i ve mentioned.
