Brief Answer:
Degenerative changes in cervical spine

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and would like to say that the words arteriosclerosis ,osteophytes and spondylitis are suggestive of age related degenerative changes in spine.
Like in- arteriosclerosis there is thickening of the wall of artery.
-Osteophyte-new bone formation.
-Spondylitis-Inflammation in spine secondary to osteophyte formation and ligament hypertrophy.
Hope this helps.
Take care
