Brief Answer:
Likely Alcohol , modify diet and lifestyle

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Amylase levels of 125 to 170 for the last year with normal thin sliced MRI of pancreas normal is nothing to worry about. Your pancreas status is perfectly normal. Likely cause of this slight elevation in urine as well as blood is alcohol intake. if you drink alcohol then then it is the likely explanation and may be causing the pain for which you might be considered for pancreatitis in first place. It could be mere gastric discomfort at the time being but constant drinking may lead to pancreatitis.

Right now you need nothing to do in tests but you need to modify diet and lifestyle by avoiding alcohol or reducing it to minimum possible. Ant acids, some pepto, some antispasmodics and wait and see policy. I am sure you will feel the difference.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don,t forget to close the discussion please.
