Brief Answer:
PCOS

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) This is common finding in women with PCOS that the ovulation is delayed.

2) You might be ovulating little late this time. Hence please repeat a scan after 5 days to check follicular growth.

3) If you are overweight please loose weight to increase chances of pregnancy.

Let me know if you have anymore questions.

My height is 150 cm and my weight is 53 kg. During the first cycle of clomid my follicle had grown on 13 th day and it had collapsed on 17th day. But i don't know why this doesn't happen this time. Will this affect my pregnancy..?

Brief Answer:
PCOS

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

This will not affect your pregnancy.

This happens in PCOS often. Continue metformin and moderate daily excercise.

Get a transvaginal ultrasound scan each time and not abdominal scan.
