Brief Answer:
Signals an infection!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

The findings of these WBC in urine way above the normal range are suggestive of a UTI. However, this needs to be correlated with your symptoms and ay warrant a culture to identify the exact cause before going ahead to provide antibiotics. If you have any symptoms like pain during urination, frequent urination in small volumes, etc, please consult your doctor for more investigations and treatment. For now, drink much fluids to increase your urine output and help cleanse the urinary passages.

In all, they are suggestive of an infection. Needs further questioning and investigation before prescribing antibiotics if confirmed. I recommend drinking at least 1.5L of water daily as well. A general or family physician can comfortably handle this.

I hope this addresses your query fully. I wish you well and thank you so much for using our services. feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
