What Does Abdominal Pain Indicate As Per The Attached Reports?

Question: abdominal pain (hosp did cat scans)
gallbladder removed 4 years ago
scan showed mild prominence of common bile duck measuring up to 7mm
the second scan showed
common bile duct is mildly prominent measuring 9 mm
EOS in blood test changed from 2.0 to 4.0?
Can you please help me.
Still having abdominal pain

* Strong recommendations to get CT Scan of the abdomen and pelvis along with
liver function tests in co relation with gastroenterologist .
* Blood count I meant was total WBC count in the blood report .
