Brief Answer:
It could be due to increased blood flow to head.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for posting your query.

I hope you have checked your temperature with a thermometer ( if not kindly confirm it by checking ).

Apart from fever the other reason for the warmth over head is due to increased blood supply to the head. This can happen if there is some problem in the scalp of head, Ears, meninges or blood vessels inside the skull .

So I need to know more details to diagnose what is the cause for your warmth.

1. Is there any headache or blurring of Vision?
2. Is there any pain or ringing sensation in ears?
3. Any pain or irritation in the scalp?
4. Since how long you feel this?
5. How you consumed any alcohol before this happened?

Kindly revert back with these details.

Will be looking forward for your reply.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Pain can cause increased blood flow.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Well that can explain the warmth . Because of the pain there occurs Vasodilatation ( means the blood vessels carrying blood dilates ) leading to increased flow to blood to the site of pain.

But get yourself examined by a dermatologist as simple psoriasis shouldn't cause pain. If it gets infected then it causes pain in that case a separate antibiotic has to be taken .

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask.

Regards.
