What Does A Sticky Discharge From Penis Indicate?

default
Posted on Fri, 27 Feb 2015
Question: hello,
i have noticed that there is some clear sticky fluid coming from my penis after i masturbate when my penis has gone back to normal. It is usually a few seconds/min (max 1 or 2 min) later after i ejaculate and clean my self up.
N some times if i do not clean this fluid i find my penis stuck to my underwear or after a while my whole penis head becomes moist and it itches. When i rub my penis head o relieve the itch some kind of white soft stuff like skin or dirt is formed. After i get rid of that stuff the itching is gone and my penis head becomes dry. The itching and the resultant soft stuff only happens when my penis head is moist i.e. either from the fluid released after i ejaculate or due to sweat.
Please tell me if the fluid coming out is some kind of a discharge due to a STD or is it normal.
And could the itching when moist and the white stuff be an infection.
Thank You.

Hey thanks for your faith in the health care Magic
I have gone through your question and I understood your problem.
Look the clear discharge you are taking about is certainly not normal. It suggests infective pathology. So I advice you to undergo cystoscopy and cystourethroscopy. In these investigations the lining of the urethra is checked for the presence of infected glands, diverticula, strictures or growths. Also if there's any bladder infection then it will also be identified.
Is that white substance present under your foreskin?.It can be a smegma which is a normal thing and is present normally in all males.Still if you are confused I will suggest you to consult with your doctor and get it examined.

I hope my answer was helpful for you . Dont forget to close the discussion.Thank you.

Hello Sir
Thanks a lot for the quick reply.
What are the possible causes for this discharge. I mean like what kind of infection or STD can cause this. I didnt think it would be an STD/infection because there is no pain and burning sensation while urinating in my penis also there are no bulges or spots on my penis.
And about the white substance yes sir it is on my foreskin.

Brief Answer:
gonorrhea and chlymydia are commonly involved pathogens

Detailed Answer:
Hey thanks for your faith in the health care Magic

I have gone through your question and I understood your problem.

Many guys continue to "leak" what is called pre-ejaculatory fluid, or cowpers fluid, both before and after ejaculation.
So I told you to undergo investigations to rule out infection. Infections can be caused by chlymydia, gonorrhea etc.

Also most commonly that white thing is smegma. Rest I will suggest you to consult with your doctor.

I hope my answer was helpful for you. Don't forget to close the discussion.

Thank you.
