Brief Answer:
Follicular prominences

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same .
I have seen the attached pictures .
You have developed follicular prominences over the scrotal region . This is not anything to worry about since these are not related to any std.
Such lesions are quite common over the scrotal region and can occur due to rubbing, itching , friction with clothes or can occur even without a reason in some predisposed people .
These are completely harmless skin lesions.
In case there is no associated pain or itching , then they can be left on their own. Also since you have already been examined with a closer view , then you should really rest assured .

Even the red dot/bump in the middle? That's not a wart? It's in the lighter skin on the scrotum.

Brief Answer:
Not a viral infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I would like to assure you that clinically, it does not look like a viral wart.
I would still keep the possibility of follicular prominences owing to the presence of lesions at the hair root. And also they are equally spaced and are uniform. Hpv warts have a completely different appearance .
The one that is yellow or light in color might just be a sebaceous cyst with calcification. Now this diagnosis can only be confirmed on direct examination and palpation. But again, this is a harmless skin problem which is very commonly seen over scrotum.
So I think you can rest assured that this is nothing to be worried about .
