What Does A Small Hard Lump On The Left Testicle Indicate?

Question: Hi doctor last night I feel a very small hard lump on my left testicle I think it is near bottom corner of my testicle after this jelly type things start jelly type material is in both testicle bottom or behind testicle I can't say, this lump on left testicle is not visible through scortum skin, even not easily detectible when I move my finger on testicle, when I press testicle than I found this lump which rotate with my testis,it is not easily detectible in loose testis but easily when they are hard. think it's attached to my corner bottom left testis.my testicle are big hangs I don't weather it is due to over weight or over masturbation, in my family no one has cancer. If this is testicular cancer then how many Days I have left. I'm 25 year old, I don't have any other problem

Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So the lump which you have described ia most likely an epididymal cyst which is benign in nature and harmless. It can also be a mild infection which can be treated easily. Even if it is a cancer in rarest of circumstances, it is completely curable and you should not worried. You require clinical examination and an ultrasound of scrotum and testes.

Hi Dr. XXXXXXX thank you very much doctor, actually after your advice I went to clinic near my house. For examination ,doctor checked my testicle and he exactly replied your words. that it is epididmys I can't pronounce exact word. He wrote some medicine and adviced me that take these medicine for 10 days. Then if required we will do ultrasound. I know I'm going to ask a silly question. But I have doubt weather he checked my testicle correctly or not. I have trust in him but I hope ur understanding my state of mind, HE WORE GLOVES AND THEN CHECKED RIGHT ONE FIRST AND THEN LEFT ONE AND ASK ME TO LOCATE WHERE LUMP IS, THEN HE CHECKED THAT AREA FOR AROUND 30 SEC ALSO PRESS ADJCENT AREAS FOR 30 sec. . but my question is this why he said if required we will do ultrasound means. He is not sure weather it is epididmys or some serious issue. Or he was saying general way. Sir I'm attaching medicine prescription. Plz doctor clarify my doubts

Hello again. So as per your details, his clinical examination is adequate and perfect. But, every examination or investigation has some pitfalls. Noe is 100 percent exact in making a diagnosis, so he is right in saying that if required, ultrasound can be done. It is because , as i have also mentioned, rarely symptoms may not resolve then it may be necessary to do an ultrasound to look for what exactly is the cause. You need not to be worried as most likely it will be an epididymal infection.

Thank you for your valuable answer sir, actually I my friend father shri XXXXXXX joyal is suffering from cancer of testis. So I m in worry means if this is not epididmys then what I have lots of responsibility of my family so, I m in anxiety mood, if it is epididmys and curable then it's OK. Straight line sir cancer to nahi h na.

Good evening Dr. XXXXXXX Sir I would like to know how many days it will take to treat epididmys. I m taking following medicine. 1) moxom 400 after lunch.2) enzoheal forte. Twice a day morning and after dinner3) rabium dsr in morning. Thanks and regards. XXXX
