What Does A Small Black Dot On The Molar Tooth Indicate?
Question: I had found small black dot on my molar tooth on right side. And it got expanded gradually and started to decayed.Finally I removed that tooth as I got a heavy pain. Now I can see the same symptom for my molar tooth on left side. What precautions should I take to avoid removing that tooth too. I hope your suggestions on same. Thanking you....

In my opinion first of all you should go for proper diagnosis of that tooth.
Get an x- ray done of that tooth.
In case its initial stage & decay has not progressed till pulp then you can go for restoration. But if it has progressed till pulp & you want to save the tooth then go for Root Canal Treatment. If clinical & radiographic condition is not sound then go for extraction, its the last option.
Consult your dentist for proper diagnosis & treatment planning.
Maintain proper oral hygiene.
