Thanks for writing back,

I have read your question and response closely and now I will try to guide you in the best way i could.

Unluckily i am in the near abouts of Mt.Lakes, but hopefully I will guide you well enough so that you can make better decisions.

Possible cause of clot:

In people with haemorrhoids , specially internal haemorrhoids, blood starts seeping out inside rectum and then it collects there and forms a clot which can come out during defecation. Or without bowel movements.

Prolapsed anus/rectum seems to be a remote possibility ,it is a very painful state and it presents with rectum prolapsing outside you body through anus and obstruction the bowel movements,

I believe your problem is more of haemorrhoids,

I suggest you to get to a general surgeon and get a full checkup and exam and let him determine what is the stage of haemorrhoids, and what treatment is needed.

If he suggests surgery , get a second opinion if you can, if the other doctor suggests surgery as well, then you should consider it.

I can understand you are against surgery but sometimes it is necessary , it's always better to nip the evil in the bud,

When things get complicated then surgery doesn't show as good results as it would have shown before, plus there is good enough damage which doesn't allow you to get back to normal for ages.

So I would suggest you to stay flexible as far as surgery is concerned and consider all the options, sit with your doctor and weigh risks over benefits to get best results from the treatment modalities available.

For the time being save yourself from constipation.

1) Use fibre.

2)Use much fluids.

3) Use a laxative if required but there should be no constipation.

4) You can use Lignocain , or Troloene haemorrhoidal gels for better result.
