Here is the image I have. Hope it can help
Brief Answer:
I keep a possibility of infected eczematous dermatitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I have reviewed the Image. This looks like Infected Eczematous Dermatitis.
It is itchy as well as painful.
Pain is because there is secondary bacterial infection probably secondary to scratching.
I can see some oozing and crusting as well.
If you were at my clinic I would have suggested a week of Oral antibiotics. My choice would be either amoxycillin or cephalexin for a week.
Topically I would suggest a topical steroid+antibiotic combination cream, twice daily for a few days.
Oral antibiotics as well as steroid+antibiotic combination creams are prescription products, therefore I suggest you to talk to your doctor for the needful
An OTC oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine syp would provide symptomatic relief from itching.
