Brief Answer:
Don't worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

1) Your pregnancy is not at risk. Don't worry.

2) Enoxaparin will help you to continue pregnancy without worries. There is no adverse effect on baby. Don't worry about it.

3) TSH is marginally high. Repeat TSH again. If more than 5, you need medicines.

Answered by Dr. Mahesh Koregol (8 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Change site of injection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

NT scan is to identify if there are chances of genetic defects like Down's syndrome. Scan at 22 weeks is done to check if there is any abnormalities in the baby.

The cost is not much and varies in different places.

You can change injection site to both thighs and abdomen. This way site of injection at one place is reduced.
