What Does A Painless Ulcer On The Lips Suggest?

Question: I have this like ulcer on my inside lip for a couple of days hardly no pain if any is it okay

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain and the image attached it seems like there is a cancer sore on the inside of your lip and does not seems to be anything serious..

As of now you can start gargling with warm saline solution..
Apply antiseptic ointment over it..
Do antiseptic mouthwash gargles..
Take a Vitamin B complex tablet for 15 days..
Avoid spicy and hard foods..

In case if there is still no improvement in another one week consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a biopsy of the lesion can help in confirmation of the cause..

If there is no inflammation then there is a possibility that it might not be severely tender or painful..

As it is present since a couple of days only, we cannot think of something serious like malignant lesion..

So my suggestion would be to follow the remedies for a week and then only proceed for further investigations if there is no improvement..
