Question: I am taking hydrocodine 5.325. i had urine test that showed negative for this drug. any explanation as to why. I double checked pill id and its u01 which was valid.

I would like you to confirm if the history of taking hydrocodone had been specified while you took the test. Although sensitive tests can detect hydrocodone or its metabolites in urine as long as 3 months after taking the drug, most conventional tests check whether the drug has been taken in the last few hours or days. It is possible that the lab ignored the findings considering it not-significant. You would need to confirm from the lab about what might have been the case. They may even cross check the sample in case they still have it.
