Brief Answer:
I want to know little detail about this lump?

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir,
I understand your concern and I will try my best to help you. Most probably it is a lymph node which can be present there normally also. But to confirm the diagnosis I would like to know little more detail from you.
1. Is it adhere to bone or freely movable?
2. Does this hurt when you press it?
3. Is there any similar swelling in other calf, groin or axilla?
Please send me answers of these questions.
Thanks.
