Question: Large mass under the skin in ball of foot also two smaller bumps under the skin of arch of foot

Detailed Answer:
If this is soft and not painful then this is probably some benign subcutaneous lesion such as fibroma or lipoma. Also, it can be trauamtic fibroma due to prolonged pressure on this area of foot. If this is hard and unmoveable then it can be part of bone called exostosis or part of rheumatoid arhritis or gout. in this case it would be red skin above it and painful.
But I think that you dont have to be worried. if there will be fast grow of this, you should do needle biopsy and then it can be surgically removed under local anasthesia. WIsh you good health. Feel free to ask. Regards
