Thanks for your query.
As a thumb-rule :
Any mole which has any changes of any sort including pealing has to be excised and subjected for histopathological examination.
So in spite of waiting to see what the further changes are and applying creams, which delays the diagnosis and missing the golden period of cure, better to get this excised.
This is the best way, yet you can have a consultation with a Surgeon or a Dermatologist.
