What Does A Hematoma Formation Inside The Thighs Indicate?

Question: I have a hematoma forming on the inside of my right thigh. I do not recall trauma. I do have two small children with whom I just returned from Grand Cayman, but other than getting beat up with luggage hauling, I do not recall an injury.
Should I be concerned? It feels like a bit of tissue is getting hard beneath the skin, as with my hematoma from skiing (REAL injury) two years ago. Is there something to be done to speed the process of healing? Could this be some blood-borne cancer?
Brief Answer:
Get orthopedic consultaion.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your query.
You should not ignore all this, from your history I would like to say that you should consult orthopedic surgeon who will advise you x-ray of right thigh in AP and Lateral view and MRI scan of right thigh if needed and will also do your physical examination in detail. MRI scan will tell you the present condition of your soft tissue in thigh region.
Then he will tally all the reports to make your exact diagnosis and advise you further treatment. You can also send me the reports so that I can further help you.
Nothing can be said without above mentioned tests, so you should not delay it any further.
I hope it helps.
You are welcome to ask further health related queries.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer 5 points for me, so that I get a good feedback.
