What Does A Dotted Rash On Hand Without Itching Suggest?

Question: I have a small dotted rash on my arm. Doesn't itch, hasn't changed in 4-5 days. Smaller than a dime and looks like a circle full of dots in a pattern sort of like the surface of a basketball. Any ideas what it might be from? I do have alergies but have never seen this before.

I have gone through your query. This can be from caterpillar bite. Have you gone into forest areas or into bushes?
Applying aloe vera gel will be helpful for this.
If that is not helping then over the counter corticosteroid cream containing hydrocortisone can be used.
