Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Causes of dent in the skull include, craniosynostosis or Gorham's disease, which is an idiopathic disorder that replaces bone with vascular and connective tissue leading to a dent or sometimes a deformity in the skull. Vitamin A toxicity and trauma to the head can also be the cause of a dent in the skull. If its asymptomatic with no such history then no intervention is required. However, if its associated with pressure symptoms, headache, visual defects , dizziness then you should consult a neurologist/neurosurgeon for further management.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
