Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. The medicine details are as follows
(i) DYTOR tab is torasemide and helps to remove excess water from the body.
(ii) BIO-D3 PLUS is calcitriol 0.25 mcg, elemental calcium 200 mg and helps make bones stronger.
(iii) PHOSTAT is calcium acetate and helps in reducing phosphate levels in kidney diseases.
(iv) CETANIL is paracetamol and given for fever and pain.
(v) FEBUXOSTAT is for treatment of chronic hyperuricemia or gout in conditions where urate deposition has already occurred
(vi) TRANSFER 10000 IU is Injection Human Erythropoirtin and given for treatment of anemia
(vi) ENCIFER is elemental iron given for treatment of anemia

2. The above medicines are recommended for use in increasing the water excretion, increasing calcium level, controlling phosphate and uric acid level and increasing blood hemoglobin.

3. Please send details of her problems including symptoms, duration and clinical diagnosis should you like to discuss her course of treatment in detail.

4. Creatine and blood urea levels are raised and should be controlled after discussing her primary condition with a nephrologist.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
