What Does A Bulge On The Leg Indicate?

Question: I've been going to the doctor and they don't seem to be able to figure out what this is on my leg they tested me for lupus and did a bunch of blood work and something is eating up my immune system and she found the other issues but it's a almost perfectly round circle and started out to be as between the size of a nickel and a quarter now it's bigger than a softball-sized and it's almost completely round and it's well it's wealthy the round the round part is wealthy and then you got circles inside of that really bad I wish I could send you a picture
