Brief Answer: possible piles or hemorrhoids Detailed Answer: Hi there. Thanks for writing in. The first possibility that comes to my mind is piles or haemorrhoids. If you have constipation or if the lump is painless, blood in stools, diagnosis more in favour of piles. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables that will promote good bowel movements. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Do not take antibiotics without consulting a doctor. Other differential diagnosis are anal abscess, anal fissures, anal masses etc. I would advise you to get examined by a proctologist for an accurate diagnosis and treatment. Hope this helps . Brief Answer: Do not take cifran, unless it is prescribed to you Detailed Answer: Cifran is an antibiotic. If Piles, is what you are having, then cifran won't do any good in treating the condition. You would be unnecessarily taking the medication. Please follow my advice given to you in the previous XXXXXXX
