Brief Answer:
? Wart or Seborrheic keratosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic,

The history and the symptoms suggests me that you may be either had genital wart or seborrheic keratosis. But it should be confirmed by physical examination by an Dermatologist.

Warts in the genital area are sexually transmitted. They are caused by a virus called human papilloma virus. The virus can be latent in the body and may not cause visible warts immediately after an exposure
The only other possibility in your case its that these could be seborrheic keratosis which closely resemble warts and they are not sexually transmitted. They are like benign dead skin.

Use of vinegar to diagnose wart has limited role in field of medicine, I do not recommend you to use these.

However you will need to get the biopsy of the lesion to come to a final diagnosis. In case those lesions recur again, I urge you to visit the dermatologist.

Hope your doubts are cleared, if you have any further query feel free to post them.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Wart can be more than one also

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It is my pleasure to answer your query,

Genital warts may occur singly but are more often they are found in clusters. They may be found anywhere in the anal or genital area.

They can be as small as 1-5mm in diameter, but can also grow or spread into large masses in the genital or anal area.

In most cases, there are no symptoms of HPV infection other than the warts. Sometimes warts may cause itching, redness, or discomfort.

As you are having this lesion for longer period of time it may be a Seborrheic keratosis but it should be confirmed by biopsy of the lesion.

Thank you.
